Arsenal finally got back on track with a hard fought win over Champions League rivals Bolton Wanderers at the Emirates Stadium over the weekend.
The Gunners game from behind to win with goals from Tomas Rosicky and Cesc Fabregas after a Nicolas Anelka strike had given the filty dirty Northerners the lead.
Bolton will of course moan that most of the decisions didnt go their way, and that may be true. But who cares, we are certainly due some luck from Fat Sam the bung taking man and we took two chances to get three vital points.
The midfield had been slated in recent weeks for their lack of goals so it was nice to see two members of that area of the park on the scoresheet. We need goals to keep coming from somewhere as the forwards look unable to tuck one in and despite this win we are not certain to be in next seasons UCL due to the difficulty of the run in.
Tottenham and Portsmouth away and Chelsea at home will not bring us 9 points, of that I am certain. So we need to be strong and try an at least not get beaten in those matches... easier said then done.
So what are everyones feelings on the financial position at Arsenal nowadays eh?
It would seem from listening to Amy Lawrence on the
Arseblog arsecast this week that money isn't available for Arsene Wenger to spend this summer and that he will have to sell to buy. If that is the case we need to adjust our expectations and keep filling the Emirates to try and generate the sort of cash that M Wenger will be able to spend.
We should all buy the new kit when it comes out... only it is going to be white, and shite. How stupid are these people?
Maybe its Stan Kroenkes favourite colour

He seems to get more ownership of the club with every passing day and from saying that we want our club to remain in British hands, most Arsenal fans would probably jump at the money at the moment.
It is certainly going to be a strange summer I think...
